Cullinan Holdings has signed an agreement to acquire Followme2 Ltd – a UK-based inbound southern African and Russian tour operator with offices in London and Kenilworth, Cape Town.
CEO of Cullinan Holdings, Michael Tollman, commented: “We are delighted that Followme2 is becoming part of our Group. Followme2 has an enviable reputation, and with its focus on FIT business and its excellent IT platform, it will add considerable value to the Cullinan Group.”
The company will be led by Norma Meyer, Steve Bailey and the existing Followme2 team. “The team will continue to manage and operate the business as before. The Cullinan Board has a hands-off management policy, allowing its individual subsidiaries freedom to be operate independently and in the best interests of the business, so there will be no material changes in the way Followme2 operates, or in its relationships with its clients and suppliers,” said Tollman.
