Selborne Golf Estate, Hotel & Spa has appointed Colleen Mulholland as new executive Chef.

Mulholland previously trained at the Royal Hotel, Rob Roy Hotel and Champagne Sports & Racket. She later owned her own company doing on-site training for hotels and restaurants. She also has a wealth of experience in the restaurant business having worked at hotel brands such as Protea, Orion, Karos, Sani Mountain Lodge and the Wild Coast Hotel Group.
