Heritage Hospitality Recruitment are currently looking for an Operations Manager for a lodge operator based in Botswana. This position is based at their Head Office in Maun.

Required Qualifications

- 5 – 7 Years relevant experience within a similar/senior management role, in the luxury hospitality sector. Experience must include the management/support of large operational departments. - Relevant Management or field/industry related Diploma or Degree. - Proven leadership ability and experience in handling and coordinating different teams. - Exceptional communication, organisational & administrative skills. - Ability to work without supervision. - Thorough knowledge of all lodge operations. - Basics of Accounting and Financial Management as well as procurement experience. - Ability to draft and control budgets. - Working knowledge of MS Office, Micros and Fidelio (or any other property/point of sale systems).

Additional Info

A competitive package is on offer including 24 days leave per annum plus one set of return flights home per year.
