Reservations Consultant - JHB North

Exciting opportunity at a prominent Tour Operator for an office-based Reservations Consultant who comes with Wholesale Consulting experience!! Booking, quoting of packages utilizing both the reservations system and the GDS. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, consulting on the hotels & extras that is offered, offering alternatives, amendments of reservations/quotations, actioning of email enquiries.  Ideal candidate should have a passion for the industry as customer satisfaction is important to deliver superior service and make lasting impressions.
