Looking for an Incentives Coordinator for a DMC. Experience required: Matric Excellent knowledge of Southern Africa Experience with Inbound Tourism Tourplan experience a bonus Drivers license and own transport Duties include: Prepare customized proposals based on client brief Implement ground arrangements & domestic / regional reservations for programs Negotiate with relevant suppliers Management of financials pertaining to the event Onsite management of actual event Compile detailed cost analysis and final invoicing Travel nationally / regionally if required
