The Lodge Manager plans, oversees, coordinates and directs the service, operations, logistics and activities of all the camps, to the standard befitting Comapny. The Hospitality Manager takes responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of the Camps as their primary operational responsibility. In executing the function of Hospitality Manager, the incumbent works with the hospitality teams, to create world class guest hospitality experiences. The approach is proactive and can-do. The Hospitality Manager responds to the requests that are presented by the Guests, Department Managers, and the Market (where involving services provided by the Camp). The Hospitality Manager supports the Operations Management in implementing the organisation plans for the Camps operations. This role works closely with the relevant Department Teams to ensure a coordinated effort between the different teams and to ensure service and product is delivered in excellence, that facilities and equipment are in perfect condition and working order. The role also ensures that guests receive exceptional levels of personalised service.

Required Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: (non-negotiable) • 3+ years experience managing high-end lodges • Fully computer literate • Diploma or equivalent in hospitality • Extensive background in lodge/safari operations

Additional Info

This position is for a single, highly experienced and hospitality professional. You will be working very remotely, and will have your own fully en-suite house on the property. All meals are included, and you will be working on a 6 week on-2 weeks off cycle
