Great Plains Conservation will open Okavango Explorers Camp on July 1.

The new tented camp is in the southwest of Botswana’s private Selinda Reserve at the intersection of the upper Okavango Delta and the Selinda Spillway, two iconic ecosystems that teem with wildlife.

The camp is solar powered and the six en-suite tents can accommodate up to 12 adults. Facilities include the main area with lounge and dining area, a coffee/tea station and outdoor seating with a fire pit.

Okavango Explorers Camp is the latest addition to Great Plains’ Explorers Collection, joining Selinda Explorers and Duba Explorers Camps. 

The camp can be accessed in less than an hour by light aircraft from Maun or Kasane airports.
