The Intrepid Group in conjunction with Bundox Safari Lodge has recently revamped one of its top selling South African products, Kruger Short Breaks, operated by Intrepid Travel and Peregrine Adventures.

The Kruger Short Breaks product offers daily departures from hotels in Johannesburg. Packages are sold in three-, four-, or five-day safari itineraries all of which include a Big 5 game drive in a private game reserve, and a full-day game drive in Kruger National Park.

Guests will overnight at the Bundox Safari Lodge just outside the Park.  Accommodation ranges from campsites to permanent en-suite safari tents to a private chalet, and all packages include breakfast and traditional fare in the evenings.

Itineraries

Some of the packages offered are as follows:

Wild Kruger Camping - available from R7 175 (€ 445). This option features daily departures, three breakfasts and three dinners, transport in a 4x4 vehicle/minibus, three nights bush camping, Big 5 game drive in a Private Game Reserve, a full-day game drive in the Kruger National Park, and a morning nature walk.

The Kruger Experience – Lodge package includes four breakfasts and four dinners, transport in a 4x4 safari vehicle/minibus, four nights accommodation in en-suite safari tents, a Big 5 game drive in a private game reserve, a full-day game drive in the Kruger National Park, a Panorama Route day trip, and a morning nature walk. Prices start from R11 810 (€731).
