The latest results from Tourism Update’s ongoing monthly salary poll show that industry recovery remains on a steady uptick as, for the second month in a row, 44% of readers report having received 100% of their pre-COVID salary.
Some 12% of respondents received 80-99% of their salary in April, an increase of four percentage points on the previous month.
This means that 63% of respondents in the poll received at least 60% of their usual salary last month.
As shown by the 135 votes received, 21% received below 20% of their pre-COVID salary. This is four percentage points lower than in March.
