Looking for an Assistant Manager or Destination Management Company to ensure efficient and profitable operations within the Market. Experience required: Matric Excellent knowledge of Southern Africa Inbound tour experience essential Tourplan preferred Previous Team Leader/supervisory experience Duties include: Maintain Customer / client relationships Agents / Supplier liaison regarding updates, queries and complaints Create sales and cost awareness within the team Control the quoting and operational functions of the market Compile and check quotations Quality and margin control Handle the emergency mobile phone Ensure correct and timeous invoicing Backup and support the Reservations Director & Consultants Assist the Market Manager with overseeing bookings and workload Ensure proper training for new Consultants
