The role is ideally suited to an experienced hospitality management couple from a hotel management or lodge management background to manage a working farm, two restaurants and an accommodation offering. The ideal candidates need to have experience in F&B (chef or kitchen management experience essential) , repairs and maintenance experience, human resource management, inventory management, and must have excellent customer relations / PR skills. The package is flexible based on experience and accommodation can be provided if need be. This is an ideal opportunity for a couple or family looking to relocate back to Gauteng and to be based close to Johannesburg or Pretoria but still enjoy a farm lifestyle.
