Heritage Hospitality Recruitment have a lovely opportunity available for a Groups & Events Sales Manager for a 5 star hotel in Cape Town.


Cape Town, Western Cape

Required Qualifications

▪ Diploma/Degree from a reputable hotel school advantageous ▪ Minimum of 5 years work experience in luxury Hospitality, Tourism or Hotel Sales & Marketing. ▪ Good knowledge of local hotel business and operations as well as the nature of the travel trade and its requirements. ▪ Knowledge & experience of the hotel / travel trade industry both in domestic & International sectors. ▪ Thorough knowledge of modern Sales & Marketing tools & techniques. ▪ Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. ▪ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. ▪ High degree of computer literacy. Opera knowledge preferable. ▪ Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. ▪ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. ▪ Strong business sense and industry expertise.
