Admin Assistant

We are looking for an admin person who can assist our sales team with duties such as: Issuing of Travel Documents, Loading of bookings into Tourplan, Issuing of invoices, general assistance of all travel reservations and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Matric • Degree or Diploma in Travel / Tourism • 2+ years experience in Tourism Industry in an administrative role • Tourplan knowledge an advantage • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Excellent time management skills
