Experience Manager / Guest Relations

- Guest relations for all in country clients - Confirm all guest bookings with all suppliers daily - Post tour follow ups - Compile welcome packs, room drops, gifts etc…. - Rotation of the 24hour emergency phone - Assist with Marketing (Social media, mailers, design etc ..) - Trade show administration management - Meet and greets at Johannesburg airports

Required Qualifications

- Minimum Grade 12 - Own vehicle - Minimum 3 years inbound FIT experience - Destination knowledge of Southern and East Africa - Excellent command of the English language - Ability to work outside working hours - VERY dynamic, creative personality - Excellent communication skills
