System Integrations Specialist

Wetu is a SaaS, Business-to-Business technology company that supports the travel industry by enabling stakeholders ease of access to travel content and itinerary publishing. We are looking for a highly skilled & experienced Systems Integrations Specialist to contribute to our global growth and join us on this exciting journey. Our ideal candidate will know how to build lasting relationships and take clients on an integrations journey. As our Systems Integrations Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing data for integration projects, training & onboarding clients for new integrations, as well as guiding and influencing clients regarding Wetu integrations. You should love interacting with clients, have an analytical mind, and take great delight in seeing a project through to completion. Key responsibilities would include, amongst others: - Client Relationship Management - Providing guidance on integration solutions - Arranging and conducting integration demonstrations to Clients - Escalating unresolved queries and providing feedback to clients - Provide technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve integration errors and queries - Scheduling regular meetings with integration clients - Contributing to new, and managing existing Integration user manuals, process documents and training materials - Completing assigned integration projects and ensuring that these meet business requirements - Checking for any issues in the existing integrations - Collecting inputs from clients for new integrations - Researching tourism applications, tour operating systems and integrations in targeted areas - Remaining current with tour operating system functionality and latest updates - Building reports and/or data extracts as requested

R 15 000 Monthly CTC

Required Qualifications

Knowledge & Experience Required: - A relevant tertiary qualification (business, marketing, tourism) - 3 years of experience working in the tourism industry working on a tour operating system - Knowledgeable about different travel applications/ tour operating systems and up-to-date with the constant changes and developments in the technologies. - Demonstrated ability to communicate with, influence and present to clients - Good understanding of data cleaning and formatting - Customer support experience This Job might be for you if: - You have a passion for technology and travel. - You are client obsessed and enjoy creating brilliant customer experiences. - You have an outgoing, supportive and relationship-oriented approach to dealing with clients. - You are a team player. - You relate well to people and easily establish good relationships, both internally and externally. -You enjoy data sorting and checking for anomalies. - You have a knack for explaining complicated things simply. - You stand your ground in a polite manner - Basically, you will blow us away with your work ethic, your passion, your integrity, your attitude and your energy!

Additional Info

Bonus points for: - Proven experience in contracting and procurement and/ database administration in the tourism industry - Working in a project-centric environment - A relevant qualification or training in project management or IT - International travel exposure
