SOUS CHEF Duties: • Menu planning and adaption • Preparation of meals – starters, main, desserts • Stock taking and Stock control

Requirements: • Passion for their craft • Well-groomed and presentable • Excellent communication skills and be able to speak excellent English • Must have a strong personality and be able to engage with both local and international guests • Must be able to follow instruction and procedures

Additional Info

Notes: • Live in position – good standard staff accommodation on site • Meals provided whilst on duty • Leave – 3 weeks on, 1 week off (Wednesday to Wednesday). Transfers staff to Vaalwater for off days and collects at end of off days
