Live in + Meals on duty Position would include 50% medical aid &13% provident fund. Valid RSA ID is required. Proven track record & experience is a MUST – anyone with no hospitality control or admin background will be immediately disregarded. Working times are generally Mondays to Fridays with weekends off unless month end or stock count days fall over a weekend – employee will be given another day off in lieu of working the weekend in this instance. Person is to be reliable & trustworthy & MUST have a good working knowledge of EXCEL.

Required Qualifications

Matric Certificate At least 2-3 years working experience in Food & Beverage stock management. Strong numerical aptitude and analytical abilities Knowledge and exposure to the stock take procedures Display proven verbal and written communication skills Good understanding of supply chain procedures Working knowledge of inventory management software Excellent organization skills Ability to initiate action spontaneously without being urged on to do so Able to handle administrative tasks and procedures without supervision Knowledge and ability to apply and follow procedures and policies applicable in own work area
