Restaurant Front of House Supervisor required. Responsible for supplier administration and management, POS and front of house service in the restaurant. Must be familiar with handling high-end corporate clients providing a top quality dining experience. A la carte lunch, breakfast menu, client front-office (meeting room) service and catering for events / functions.

Matric Certificate and relevant tertiary qualification essential.

Full management function of the restaurant’s waitron staff, special requests, presentation of the restaurant, monitoring the pass - speed of service and presentation of food, POS system, budget, equipment/resources, food and beverages stock, controls of all items (food, beverage, equipment, consumables etc.), events,taking ownership of the restaurant, keeping up with client demands, trends etc....
