Our company, a Luxury Inbound Tour Operator, is looking for a Financial Administrator to join our team. The applicant needs to understand tailor-made luxury and experiential travel and the financial aspects involved. Key objectives for the financial administrator is to complement the team by reviewing all sales proposals for accuracy, completeness and compliance as well as developing and implementing financial systems and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of three years' financial administrator experience, within a travel related business, with a • Strong delivery focus, excellent attention to detail, having the tenacity and resilience required to flourish in a pressurised and constantly evolving environment • Pragmatic and hands-on, the candidate must also have an affinity with the product, and an appreciation of the sales process • The candidate must be educated to degree level (a Diploma in Financial Accounting would also suffice)

Experience Needed • Extensive experience in Financial Administration within the Luxury Inbound Tourism Industry • Proven organization skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and to adjust to frequent changes in project priorities Responsibilities • Review all sales proposals for accuracy, completeness and compliance • Manage Product and Rates system to ensure accuracy of rates loaded • Review and manage supplier rates margins and package discounts to ensure maximum company profitability • Monitor, control and maintain financial activity of accounts • Identify, research and improve financial risks • Prepare standardised and specialised financial reports and analyses • Serve as principal source of information of financial policies and procedures and financial activity • Assist with the development of financial records and files • Calculate monthly consultant commission • Manage debtors and creditor payments • Assist with annual budgets and cost reports • Any other junctions, roles duties as requested by management
