Looking for a Personal Assistant for an MD. Experience required: Matric MS Office and Google Docs experience Very strong personality to manage an MD 5 years' experience as a PA for an Executive Must be over 40 years old and reside in and around Centurion Duties include: Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, controlling access to the executive Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation Organising events and conferences Reminding the executive of important tasks and deadlines Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence Managing databases and filing systems Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients Collating and filing expenses Miscellaneous tasks to support the executive Running/managing of projects
