New 5 Star hotel opening in Sandton is looking to employ an experienced Sous Chef. Will be the 2IC to the Executive Chef. Responsible for Food Production. Menu Planning Plating Training Kitchen Health and Safety Service Standards Cost Control

Salary
R15000 to R17500 based on experience

Sandton, Gauteng

Required Qualifications

Relevant Culinary training Min 5 years working experience in a 4/5 star hotel kitchen Currently in the position of a Sous Chef Strong Management Skills
