Groups and Events Coordinator

A luxury 5 Star Resort is seeking a Groups and Events Coordinator to be based in Rosebank. The Coordinator is responsible for the creation, processing and out of the box planning of groups from start to finish including quoting and itinerary building in accordance with booking procedures and policies. Coordination and managing of the group/event onsite on the day of the event. Responsible for accurate billing and final invoicing to the client. Statistical reporting weekly and monthly.


Johannesburg, Gauteng

Required Qualifications

Hospitality Management, Events Management or Travel & Tourism qualification required. Minimum 2 years experience in Groups and Events Coordination. Experience with Itinerary building. InnKeeper experience advantageous.
