Looking for a confident Financial Manager for a shared services company. A candidate that can implement new systems and processes. Reporting directly to GM of Destination Management Services Proper management of accounts department Preparation of monthly management accounts Administration of debtors and creditors Monthly reconciliations of debtor and creditors Preparation of creditor and month end payments Cashbooks Bank reconciliations Reconciliations of general ledger accounts Managing petty cash Month end procedures Preparation of annual audit info and audit file Overall Budget forecasts Debt collection Compilation of supporting documentation Handling of bookkeeping function up until balance sheet Implementing and monitoring financial systems Attending Management meetings and financial meetings Hosting regular team meetings Meeting deadlines Manage Fixed Asset Register Manage Insurance for assets/property General administrative duties Adhoc duties when needed. Checking and releasing of new suppliers (check correct banking details) Checking and releasing of new payment limits of existing suppliers Daily Payments (Incl checking of supporting documentation) Regular spot check on info as per payment preparations and Tourplan Application for Finance (ensuring all financial information is available to support the application) Managing market link accounts Compilation of bank management accounts and forecasts/cash flow predictions Managing Cash Flow.
