A beautiful family orientated hotel resort seeks to employ a General Management COUPLE to run the beach resort with the assistance of thier junior management couple. The ideal candidates will have had a minimum of 10 years hotel management experience, and a Hotel Management Diploma would be an advantage. The 80 roomed resort is situated 1 hour from the nearest town so children wouldnt be accommodated for unless at boarding school. The following key areas are of importance to the owners: • Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent • Experience as General Manager or Director of Operations within a similar style 4*/5* hotel with over 60 rooms • Manage the day to day running of the hotel, required to be on the floor at all times, ensuring service levels and general staff attention to detail is very high • Deliver achievable hotel budgets, and set other short- and long- term strategic goals for the property • Provide effective leadership for a large hotel team • Ensure costs are controlled and revenue opportunities are effectively delivered • Respond to Monthly Accounts and Annual Staff Climate Survey to ensure continual improvement is achieved • Managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results in a similar sized pro • HaA beautiful family orientated hotel resort seeks to employ a General Management COUPLE to run the beach resort with the assistance of thier junior management couple.
