Randburg-based Tourism transport operator in the Inbound sector has an opportunity available for an Accounts & Admin person to fill a back office supporting role, reporting to the General Manager. In addition to basic office tasks (telephone calls, emails, filing etc), the primary responsibilities include customer invoicing, debtors and creditors, petty cash, tourist guide expenses, invoices and time sheets, office supplies and maintaining supplier contracts.

Required Qualifications

Post-matric Diploma in office administration and/or accounting. A tourism-related diploma is not essential. Knowledge of Pastel or Sage One (or similar) accounting software. Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to work independently essential.
