Gondwana Collection’s newest lodge in Namibia, Etosha King Nehale, has postponed its opening to June 10 due to the national lockdown and COVID-19 pandemic.
The lodge, built on the Andoni Plains outside the Etosha National Park, was originally scheduled to open on May 1.
The location of the lodge allows easy access for excursions into the northern parts of Etosha. There is also a waterhole in Etosha reserved exclusively for guests of the lodge.
Each chalet has a plunge pool and views of the Namibian landscape. The area also offers cultural tourism and guests can explore the cuisine and history of Ovamboland.
