The Delaire Graff Estate, in South Africa’s Western Cape province, has appointed Kevin Grobler as its new Head Chef.

The role sees Grobler return to South Africa after three years as Head Chef of the Michelin-starred JAN Restaurant in Nice.

Grobler was born and educated in Bloemfontein and has worked under some of the top chefs in the Cape at restaurants including Terroir, and Cavalli. He also previously worked at the Delaire Graff Restaurant, under previous Head Chefs Christiaan Campbell and Michael Deg, who remain his mentors.
