Ellerman House has appointed Peter Templehoff as Culinary Director and mentor to Executive Chef Grant Daniels and his team. Templehoff is a celebrated member of Relais & Châteaux’s World Culinary Council and has over 20 years of experience working at Michelin-starred Relais & Châteaux restaurants across the culinary capitals of the world, including Eleven Madison Park in New York, Le Pré Catelan in Paris and Arzak in San Sebastián.

Elewana Collection appoints new General Managers

Elewana Collection has appointed Riaan and Winifried van der Watt as General Managers at Elewana Tarangire Treetops.

Both have extensive management experience operating in Africa having been associated with top hospitality brands in Uganda, Botswana and South Africa.

Elewana Collection has also appointed Stuart Scott-King and Sarah Jack as General Managers at Elewana The Manor at Ngorongoro. Both have worked in South Africa, East Africa and the United Kingdom for a number of years and have a combined strength of managing and running high-end establishments in the wild.
