RwandAir has confirmed that its Guangzhou, China, service will begin in June, with the commencement date for the New York flights still to be finalised.

Thembela Dladla, country manager for RwandAir, told Tourism Update that the Guangzhou service has been confirmed for commencement in June, with the aircraft type used to service the route being an A330-900 NEO.

The same aircraft type will be used on the airline’s New York flights, although commencement dates and arrival airport for this service have not yet been confirmed.
